ART @ WC REID Center

Thanks to the efforts of Cleaster Cotton, Art has arrived back @ WC Reid Center.  The past lack of arts programing was an item of concern from the surrounding neighbors @ several recent meetings around the future of the Reid Center.  Kudos to Ms. Cotton for making good things happen in our neighborhoods.
